Linlithgow Athletic Club
Your community athletics club

Linlithgow AC is the only Scottish Athletics/UKA accredited club offering training sessions in the town for all ages.

Our junior sessions are for children from ages 9 and over.  We offer basic run-jump-throw sessions with a progression to more specific track and field based coaching aimed at developing youngsters talents in particular athletic events.  Our juniors are encouraged to compete in local track and field and cross country leagues.
The Junior Club meets weekly at Linlithgow Academy Sports Hall
Monday evening 6:45pm - 7:45pm
Please contact Gerry McArdle via LinlithgowACSecretary@virginmedia.com if you are interested.

The club also boasts a growing adult section with members of all abilities interested in any form of running, competitive or social, road or off-road.  Sessions for adults and older juniors are below

Adults gather on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm, mostly from the Low Port Centre but sometimes at other venues such as Grangemouth stadium. Tuesdays are deemed a social run and not coach led. Thursdays are generally formal training sessions, with one a month being reserved for the club handicap race. See Linlithgow AC Facebook page for further detail.

Adults are encouraged to come and try these free sessions, without obligation, before joining. We're a friendly and inclusive club with training sessions suitable all standards, so please come along.
