Your community athletics club

Linlithgow AC are the only Scottish Athletics/UKA affiliated club offering training sessions in the town for all ages.    

Our junior sessions are for children from ages 9 and over.  We offer athletics coaching in basic run, jump and throw techniques through to more specific track and field based coaching aimed at developing youngsters talents in particular athletic events.  Our junior section competes in both the local track and field and cross country leagues. 
 
The Junior Club meets weekly at Linlithgow Academy Sports Hall
 
Monday evening 6:45pm - 7:45pm

The club also welcomes adult members of all abilities interested in any form of running, competitive or social, road or off-road.  The adult club trains at the following times

 Tuesday evening, 7:30pm at the Lowport centre 
Thursday evening, 7:30pm at the Lowport centre 
Sunday morning 10am at Beecraigs Country Park (Balvormie)

Adults are encouraged to come and try these free sessions, without obligation, before joining.
